What time is check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Self check-in with a private code is available 24/7.
How far is the airport?+
Hato International Airport is about a 25-minute drive. We can arrange a private transfer.
Is there parking?+
Yes — every residence has a private, secure parking spot.

Is the pool truly private?+
Yes. Each residence has its own plunge pool, fully enclosed and never shared with other guests.
How fast is the WiFi?+
300 Mbps fibre in every residence — perfect for video calls and streaming.
Are children welcome?+
Absolutely. Families with children of all ages stay regularly. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
Are pets allowed?+
Unfortunately not — to keep all residences allergen-free for every guest.
Location & beaches
Which beaches are nearby?+
Jan Thiel beach is a 10-minute walk. Mambo, Cas Abao and Playa Kenepa are 10–35 minutes by car.
Do I need a rental car?+
Recommended. The island is best explored at your own pace and a car is easy to arrange.
Booking & payment
How do I pay?+
Secure online payment by card or bank transfer. For longer stays we can split the payment.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, 50% is refundable up to 14 days before. Contact us for special circumstances — we are flexible.
Can I book direct instead of Airbnb?+
Yes — and we recommend it. You get direct host communication and a more personal experience.
